Care instructions
Follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment. Actual shrinkage results will depend upon care. Washing a garment in hot water and drying it with hot air will increase shrinkage, while washing in cold water and air-drying will minimize shrinkage. For best results, dry clean only.
Payment options
Deneisha Latoya currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept checks or cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped.

Order Confirmation
If you provide a valid email address at the time you place your order you will receive two confirmations:
- The first will confirm the placement of your order
- The second will confirm the shipment of your order
Out of Stock Items
While Deneisha Latoya makes every effort to have items in stock, occasionally certain items sell out. Any out of stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in the shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
Tracking Your Order
If your order is shipped via USPS or UPS, an order tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier.
Delivery Time
When estimating when your Deneisha Latoya merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing
- Overnight orders placed after 12 noon PST will not be processed until the following day
- Deliveries only occur on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays
- Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday
- There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carries do not pickup or deliver

Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit
When you receive your order, please check all items for accuracy and fit. In doing so, please be sure not to damage, scuff or otherwise alter the item(s). Deneisha Latoya cannot accept returns on items with detached tags*, visible wear and tear, or on any items that have been washed or altered or that are otherwise damaged by use. Shoes and handbags must be returned in their original packaging without any visible signs of use, bending or other damage. All returned items will be accepted at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse return/exchange on any items that are returned and do not meet our policy requirements.
Claims of damage, non-receipt or incorrect items must be received within three (3) days of receipt of your order.
Returns and exchanges on items not marked 'Final Sale' are accepted within fourteen (14) days. To initiate a return/exchange, please email customerservice@deneishalatoya.com including your name and order number. If you will be exchanging an item, please include the item you would like for exchange and we will hold this item pending receipt of your return. If you have purchased multiple items and are eligible for free return shipping, please list which items you will be returning so that we may properly insure your return shipment. If you are not eligible for free return shipping, please include any tracking information so that we may assist in ensuring delivery of your return/exchange.
Refunds and Store Credits
Returns of items purchased at full price will receive a refund. This includes items purchased at full price with the use of a promotional code. Sale items, excluding Final Sale Items, will receive a store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are using a promotional code on your order, please email us at customerservice@deneishalatoya.com .
Store Credit
If your refund is issued in the form of store credit, it will be available for use immediately. We will issue you a store credit number via email including the amount of credit on file. Store credits expire after 180 days from the date it was given with no exceptions. Simply enter your store credit number at checkout in discount code section or in the 'Special Instructions' box and the credit will be applied to your purchase when your order ships. When your order is processed, we will notify you via email of the remaining credit balance or the balance due on your order.
Return Shipping
Returns/exchanges not eligible for Free Return Shipping must be post marked within fourteen (14) days from the date your order was delivered. Returns/exchanges using our Free Return Shipping option must be dropped at a FedEx location within three (3) business days from the day of receipt of the return label.
Return Processing
From the date your return-shipment is received, please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. When processing is complete on your return, we will notify you via email.
Damaged / Mis-Shipped Items
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, you must notify us within three (3) days of receipt to be eligible for any return policy exception. All items are inspected prior to shipment, however, if you do believe you have received a damaged item, please include a detailed description of the damage. Items received without a return authorization number or without notification within the specified three (3) days will be accepted at the discretion of Deneisha Latoya.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item purchased, please notify us of the item you would like to receive. This item can be held for you pending the availability of valid tracking information. Exchanged items will be re-shipped using your original shipping selection unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping charges will be billed to your original payment method.
International Returns
If you are returning an item we can provide a letter certifying the return that may be used in certain countries to request a refund of customs charges. Brokerage fees are typically non refundable, however, you may contact the carrier at your discretion. For exchange items, your shipment will reflect an adjusted value of goods such as to avoid duplicated customs charges.
User Comments
All comments, feedback and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Deneisha Latoya in connection with your use of this site (collectively, "Comments") shall remain the property of Deneisha Latoya.
You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal property right(s). You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make.

The products displayed at the site are available through Deneisha Latoya in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are in U.S. dollars

Deneisha Latoya has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of Deneisha Latoya LLC merchandise that appear on the Site. However, the actual colors that your see will depend on your monitor and video card, and Deneisha Latoya cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the colors of Deneisja Latoya merchandise will be accurate.
